The S Corp Election Form is due by March 15th for the election to be valid for the current tax year. We require at least 30 days so please book by February 15th if you are seeking an election for this tax year. If your legal entity is newly formed, we have 75 days from the date of formation to file the election form.

The S Corp Election Package does not include any state employer tax registrations. You will be required to register in the state in which you are working, as you will need to become an employee of your business and be on payroll. We will invoice you separately for the cost of the employer tax registration, as the prices differ based on the state. If you require registrations in other states (if you have other employees), we will invoice you separately for those as well. For an updated list of the cost per state, please visit here.
